"The hotel was fabulous, especially for the reasonable price. I would have been satisfied having paid several times more than I did. Facilities and amenities are top notch. The staff is exceptional. Every single member of staff, at the restaurants, the stores, the concierge, pool and beach staff, reception staff, everyone was professional, warm, friendly, helpful. "

"Room is OK. However, three wet spots were found on one of the bed sheet. There were no humilifier in room which make the room very dry, and no windows could be opened except for the emergency exit door."

"Everything about it was amazing. Property was close to the beach, malls, aquarium. Do you need a car if you want to explore more though. But very simple to obtain an international license with hundreds of car rental places everywhere. Be careful when driving, there’s lots of small windy roads and barely any stop signs. Hotel comes with free breakfast despite saying that it needed an extra fee to pay and the food options were great. It smells nice and clean and reminds me of an all inclusive vacation to Cuba or Mexico. "
