There is a small corner grocery around the corner and it's walkable to restaurants and underground. The area is generally suburban and felt safe at all times. The Piccadilly line comes direct from Heathrow. For people with lots of luggage or limited mobility recommend...

"The hotel is in a lovely area and the room is a nice size. As this is classed as a boutique hotel I would expect a coffee machine in the room, more than 3 tea bags for a 2 night stay and better quality pillows as they were lumpy. "

The accommodation itself is good value for the location (assuming you get a decent rate), though basic in decor / amenities. Overall is value for money and would stay again. "

"Fantastic little spot. Surprisingly quiet considering it's over a pub. Never heard any of the noise from the pub and stayed over on a Friday night as well. My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) "
