"We booked this specifically bc it has 3 queen beds which was nice bc we're a family of 4. The room was interior so it didn't have any windows which was fine. Staff was very friendly, our teens enjoyed the pool. The TV in the room didn't work. There was someone else's dirty boxers shoved behind the toilet, but other than that the room was clean - no bed bugs. Overall good enough for a 1 night stay on the way to Florida."

"Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and...

"Everyone was very nice and friendly. There was only one working elevator for the guests and staff. This led to longer wait times on elevators. There was also an extremely long line for coffee in the morning. We had to wait until a guest checked in before they were able to refill the coffee pot. The line was at least 8-10 people deep waiting for coffee."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, the A/C was noisy and no adjustments would quiet the noise. There were flies in the window and room. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast."

"We booked this room because it was one of the only hotels that would sleep my family of 5. We figured at almost $200 a night it would be a nice clean place. Check in was smooth and easy but as soon as we walked in our room there was a dirty crusty rag sitting on the pull out couch which we were disgusted by. Our first room had an unpleasant odor. The front desk kindly moved us to another room, and offered us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves.
