"We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spotless when we checked in and was serviced the next day. My only complaints were that the room safe was inoperable and there were no slippers as advertised. I complained to the front desk about the safe and was told that someone would come fix it. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet. Good pressure in the shower. Very clean bathroom and tub. The continental breakfast was good. Nice selection of pastries and breads, yoghurts, fruits, hard boiled...

"We had a great stay! The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, the lobby is small but fashionable, and our suite had TWO king sized beds. We’re a family of four (parents and two teenagers), and had loads of space. The bathroom was also huge by NYC standards. Bonus - it’s in a great location! Thank you!"

"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"

"Absolutely loved all the plants and how cozy it was. The staff were all so friendly, and we really loved the free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate and evening happy hour! The location was perfect, it was quiet but still so near the action. Would definitely return!"

"The location of the hotel was perfect for my daughter and I as we wanted to shop in Soho and hit restaurants in the West and Greenwich Village areas. The staff was very nice at the hotel. Our room was very clean. We shared a room with two twin beds pushed together. The room was nicer than it looked online and bigger than we expected. There is a 10% discount given at a local parking garage. My only complaint was that the price of this room was extremely high. There was a complimentary breakfast...

"The price was not what the expedia website advertised. There was a mandatory $45 fee for incidentals per day that added $100 to our stay. If, at least, it had payed for our breakfast, it would have been OK but the fee essentialy covered the consumption of the content of a meager minibar (with only water and 3 sodas) and offered coffee (with pods, not environmentally friendly at all), and tea, (but without a kettle or anything to boil water). I don't think I will return to this hotel!"
