"I loved the hotel's vibe and design. Big bathroom was nice and the city view was amazing. We came and left during busy hours, lobby area felt cramped and small. Shabby lounge chairs in the waiting area were weird. We loved the food from CaraCara and breakfast."

The entire bed collapsed. It took them two full days to get us into a new room. "very little sound isolation to the street, lots of cars revving all night every night. room service never came over 3 days (with or without the "Come In" card). Rooftop bar is packed with little seating and water from the pool made the whole area slippery."

"Wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my time while I was visiting for anime expo. My favorite was the kitchen! I made dinner instead of going to the stalls at anime expo because those were very expensive. I will come back!"
