My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. Clean and organized— I was just annoyed at having to ask the doorman to let me in every time— and didn’t use the pool as I didn’t know I could— not very clear from the host.
