The room was reserved through Expedia, where the property is advertised as clean and offering beautiful rooms. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower curtain was torn and covered in mildew. The bed sheets appeared dirty and had small bugs on them, raising serious concerns about possible bed bugs. "Very nice and the staff were exceptional. Our room was extremely dusty especially the blinds to the balcony. A bathroom light was flickering and the shower head leaked. Great place just not quiet 5 stars. "

"The facility is old and while some spaces have been renovated, the lobby and breakfast area specifically, the rooms are not. Every outlet was loose. Trash cans had no bags. Rugs and lamps seemed outdated. Beds were comfy and the staff we interacted with were great. "
