"Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of old Montreal. We booked through Expedia but unfortunately when we got there the medium size room we booked was not available so we had to take a small, the front desk did offer us free valet parking for the night to make up for it. I’m not sure what the price difference was but regardless it was just one night so the room we had was more than comfortable. The front desk was friendly, kind and accommodating. We would stay there again. Thank you!"

"I want to preface this with saying there are a lot of great qualities about staying here. The location was great! Having a full kitchen, fridge and freezer was great! However the state of the overall hotel was misrepresented. I was looking forward to using there gym and bike but there was no bike and the gym was poorly maintained. On top of that their swimming pool was in disrepair and very gross. One night as well I wanted to ask a question at the front desk but the person there was asleep....

"Ricardo, front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent. Maintenance was prompt but door handle on bathroom kept breaking off. One person was stuck in bathroom for a bit!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in old Montreal, is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly prompt. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and food and nice views of the river. And there are also two other very good restaurants on the property, Pincette in particular."

"We loved our stay here, so much so that I extended my trip, and will be back when in Montreal next. Beautiful jacuzzi on the terrace, a steam room, and a gym. Clean, spacious apartment with friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in the superior apartment, used all the kitchen and amenities, and were very impressed with the space. The hotel is super central to old montreal and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities. Highly recommend to anyone considering."

"We had a great 4 day stay at the Hyatt. Hotel is very conveniently located to anywhere you want to explore in Historic Montreal. Hotel was safe, comfortable and clean. The parking garage ($25/day at this writing) offered tight spaces but easy in and out whenever we wanted. Cheers, too, to the on site restaurant, a big cut above usual hotel connected restaurants. We will be back!"

"Service was the thing that stood out the most. The staff was incredible, kind and professional. Shoutout to Christian, Denzel and the morning gentleman (did not get his name but very tall). Location was good. The buffet breakfast was good. Chocolates and a personalized card on the bed. They even let us leave our bags with them after checkout because we were not leaving Montreal until much later in the day. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff at Le Petit Hotel is exceptional and very friendly. They bend over backwards to help and accommodate. Doesn’t hurt to have croissants available at all times of the day along with a freshly made cafe au lait!❤️"

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....
