"Ac didn’t work in our room when we arrive and we were moved to a new room at 0930pm. Staff was very nice. Carpets in the main area were pretty dirty. Grout in the bathtub was fixed with caulking. Housekeeping staff was excellent!"

"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. "Very outdated. Super noisy with kids running through hallways. The front desk staff was very awkward and they did not list that parking is an extra charge. "

"I was checked in on the 1st floor initially and the water temperature was not hot at all. I called to the front desk and they advised to keep it running for 6 minutes it should heat up. It unfortunately did not get hot. I called again to the front desk and the younger gentleman politely moved me to the 2nd floor. Other than that, the stay was nice. Breakfast good!"

"Parking doesn’t feel safe. I booked 3 room for non smoking! When I went into the room and inspected first before moving in my stuff, the room straight up smell like smoke and triggered my asthma. I went to the receptionist to request room change since we are unable to stay in smoking room due to our health history. The receptionist stated that they are fully booked and was unable to accommodate, but there were still people coming in to the hotel to check in."
