This hotel is under remodel, so the check in process was a bit makeshift and went slowww - meaning one guy was running everything from a conference table in a hallway at the heaviest check late afternoon around 4pm. He was so professional and helpful and did great but I felt bad for him because it was definitely a lot for one person to run the show with such limited resources. "The staff here is exceptional. Always very helpful and pleasant. Miguel in the breakfast room was a standout. I would have liked to see some rotating breakfast options as we were offered scrambled eggs and sausage every day for a week. Also the cable weight machine was broken in a highly used gym, so it could get crowded."
