"Everything was great except one - parking. Every time, I take my car out, I had to pay the parking fee, which was not reasonable for customers for the hotel."

"Great location just a short walk from the train station with a grocery store, restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast was excellent and staff was wonderful. Beautiful room views of the castle and mountains with floor to ceiling windows. Highly reccomed."

"This stopover was part of our European road trip, so stayed at 5 other hotels along the way. Room & shower facilities were nice and we managed to watch England play on the TV where other hotels did not have British channels. The only disappointing factor was that our room overlooked the staff car parking, the bins and smokers which wasn't very pleasant. Informed reception who accepted our feedback and would make improvements. Other than this, lovely hotel/restaurant."

"European hotel rooms are small and typically not well air-conditioned. While this room was small, it used the space very well. And it had good AC, which was great during the heat wave. The manager and other staff were very friendly."
