"No notice upfront that the pool needed to be booked in advance for 2 hour time slots. By the time we checked in there was no availability. Mostly booked the hotel for the pool so it was a bit discouraging. The rest of the hotel was very clean and nice!"

"Nice property- however, our room had a view of the HVAC system so that was not great. They should give you an option if they’re going to stick you in that room.
Food options were expensive- for example, 6$ for peanut butter cups. No complementary breakfast option, but free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
They give you a $15 “snack credit”, but that doesn’t go far with the high prices in the lobby snack area.
One issue we had were the added fees.

"Everything was great—not quite 5-star great, but it was still a good stay. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is the location. It’s farther from everything in Boston than I expected, and the Uber costs added up quickly, around $40 per ride, 2–3 times a day. There are better hotels, even at a slightly higher price, that are within walking distance of most attractions. In the end, you’ll probably spend less overall and have a much more convenient experience."
