"This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do. Not. Stay. Here. When I stayed the room was dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and literally squeak with every little movement. The air system is non existent. The heat pump/ac unit was the loudest and woke me up constantly. The window still was peeling off - THE WINDOW STILL!! - due to water leaks. The restaurant staff was very nice but the three of us that ate there thought the food was gross - dry fish, greasy food etc not to mention grotesquely...

"Staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Lynn on Front desk. We needed to make a few adjustments to the reservation and she was helpful, friendly and made the process very smooth. Room was clean and spaceous. Adequate gym but cables might need replacing soon. Common areas had adquate seating and were comfortable. Maybe 12 flat screen TVs in the bar / reception / breakfast area are a bit too much !!"

"Overall an ok stay. Super clean and charming, unbeatable location. Some details could make the experience 5 star. All doors are very squeaky, which was disruptive in the middle of the night. There is virtually no sound barrier between the room and hallway, so it feels like you can hear other people breathing through the walls. The bed was VERY low to the ground and mattress felt cheap and dated. A few improved details would really make this place a hidden gem. "

"For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,...

"All good. Met with Andy who gave us a tour to help us settle in. Completely met out needs and expectations. "

"We arrived at 1:00pm and thought we would get lunch at the hotel. Their restaurant/bar were closed until 5. We were woken at 11:30pm that night with a fire alarm. We had smelt a sewer smell in the hallway all day and reported it. I called about the fire alarm and was told I could stay in my room because it only went off due to someone lighting a cigarette in the men's bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Just a heads up when staying in room 118 the elevator is across the hall and with three hockey teams in the building it continued to be quite noisy up until midnight , i will choose a different rm for the next time"
