"Room was small but suited the purpose when in a bind. Food was good & staff are easy to get on with. Gets a little loud at times but that comes with the territory. It meets the standards that you would expect when staying at a pub. Friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head & get some shuteye for a reasonable price."

"The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free."

"Room was filled with light at night. Yes I turned off the lights, but that did I not stop light from coming around the door and around the curtains and blinds. Hence sleep was poor. And no I am not a light sleeper. I am a dark sleeper and a light awaker."

"I only slept there. I was in town for an afternoon/evening event. The bed was comfortable and the AC was really good. The room was definitely clean. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower but, wasn't bad enough to make an issue with the management. The management made check in very easy. "It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday."

"We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was very clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant is an absolute gem we ate breakfast and dinner there. The food was top notch and the manager is so lovely and accommodating. Parking is onsite as well. We will definitely be back next year. If I could give 6 stars I would! "

"The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. "
