"Staff was very rude, and several didn't understand English well making communicating issues difficult. Very difficult to get to the property. The bellman was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to get a luggage cart for us to use when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was OK, but every day they tried to charge us even though we'd booked with a prepaid breakfast option. WAY overpriced for breakfast. Was told it would be taken off our bill, but it wasn't and had to wait around...

"The parking was not covered by the original price of the room. The breakfast was not included as part of the room as it was stated on the Expedia website. And it was not told to me at the registration by the front desk that these items for which I was expected to be included were not included and I had to pay $58.00 for parking and $38.00 per person for breakfast. "We had a two night stay. The location is great, especially if you don’t mind walking to places. You can get to everything by foot in about 30 minutes or less depending on the attraction. Valet staff were great, as were the doormen. They were very polite & helpful. Parking is very expensive and I was disappointed by the rate. Additionally, our bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.
