"Very friendly staff, great restaurant and amenities. Rating at a 4 because of total mess up with room payment. I had reserved 4 rooms for our group of 7 and we paid for rooms in pairs, one couples room was double booked (they walked in on guests) the hotel then assigned them a different room at a discounted rate which they paid.
