"The floor was constantly wet and the room smelled like pee. You could hear mice or rats scratching in the ventilation. Our friends in another room had a cat in the ventilation. It would meow and respond when you called it. The front desk said it was the pipes. The pee smell was the rat infestation and it was totally inhumane to blow off the fact there was a living cat stuck in the wall and blame it on the pipes. Totally unavoidable. Zero stars!"

"The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in. The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair.
