"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"Gary was a fantastic host! The home is so cozy with everything you need to be comfortable. Huge bonus was the homemade banana bread and excellent dining recommendations in Poughkeepsie. "

"Location is questionable but the unit was clean as can be, very spacious and perfect for a large group (10 people). There could be better pans and pots as well as more utensils but aside from that we enjoyed our stay."
