"Didnt see shopping, the man at the desk that checked us in was the friendliest person i have ever encountered working at a hotel....he is who i would want greeting us every time we came in/ back from the hockey game/ even tho the sharks lost, asked us if we still had a blast..."

"The room was clean and no residual smoking was present. The shower pressure was ok, but tub did not drain unless valve held manually. The sleep, park and fly option is nice. However, the advertised $7/day online becomes $10/day at the front counter, so be aware and push back. Parking during my trip was NOT onsite. It was down the road in a dark and poorly maintained gravel lot. And the staff needs to offer clearer details on the parking/shuttle procedures. Overall tolerable stay with some frustrations. And then there's the young man at the front counter who needs to learn to mind his surroundings, and control his F bombs."

"This was our first time staying here and we were very upset about our stay. The room obviously was not cleaned to the point of being gross. There was a brown smeared stain on the shower curtain sitting next to the toilet, dust dusting all the cubbies for the towels that we needed to use, a small cut straw left on the counter behind the Kleenex dispenser and the tub and shower were both dirty. We are most disgusted by the brown smeared stain on the shower curtain, I did go down and inform the main desk. They were busy so I was handed another one and told to leave our dirty one out in the hallway. That dirty one remained in the hallway outside our room the rest of the day and throughout the entire night until we left the next day."
