Cari Town House di Upstate New York

"It was a great property with the only main downside of not having ramps for rolling in luggage at other doors other than the front. So….if you park close to your room entrance, you can’t roll the cart in. The cleaning crew was very attentive throughout the hotel."

"Fine establishment for families"

"Excellent staff, People at the front desk are very helpful, kind and take very good care of their customers. Very creative Cornell decor and makes you feel as part of community. Has a great bar too."

"Had a slight problem with my room, But John and Amanda were able to fix the problem"

"The room was fine for the money, the location was nice, parking was easy and ample, the shower worked well and the room was clean. One bed had no over sheet, just a fitted one, a blanket and coverlet. The breakfast was not even really a "continental", and the coffee was awful: Keurig machines in the room do not make up for bad morning coffee. The staff seemed uninterested in actually doing their jobs, but maybe they were having bad days and hate their boss/owner who seems not to want to...

"Mouse in the dining room running around as we were eating dinner. Bathroom in hotel room was dirty. Food was not good overpriced drinks. Disappointed in the experience used to really enjoy staying here."

"Nice staff, beautiful room, very comfy bed, good breakfast"
