"Do NOT stay at this location! Police passing through parking lot as we were unloading told us it was unsafe. Too late to cancel. Nothing bad happened, but the stay was terrible. Loud, dirty and the breakfast is not with showing up for."

"We really like the Warwick, however, it could use a major maintenance upgrade. For example, we stayed there twice in the past 3 weeks and in both rooms we stayed in, there was always 2-3 different things that needed fixing. Things like in rm 1400, the shower didn’t drain and then there was oil dripping from the hinge box on the room door. We requested for it to be fixed but to no avail. This time, in rm 319, the door stopper was broken so every time we opens the door, it hit the wall. The carpet on the balcony is terribly dirty and it needs replaced. The arm on the small mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work well and whatever the small disc is for in the bedroom ceiling looks like it’s coming off of the ceiling. Again, we really like the spacious room but they need some serious upgrades, especially for the price we pay for it. I hope they can fix the aforementioned issues."

"The rooms had paper thick walls. We could hear every foot step all night. Someone with a RV turned on their generator at 1am. Finally called the front deck to ask for help. Terrible night sleep"
