"The hotel was clean and professionally run. The room was clean but in need of updating It took time finding an ice machine that worked. The room wasn’t serviced daily as I asked. Desk staff was friendly and professional."

"Hotel staff didn't care that construction workers were tracking mud on elevator carpet and leaving in sight big garbage bags full of junk. The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer"

"The pool and pool area were filthy. The smell of pot was everywhere. Two cars were parked at the front canopy playing loud music and their owners smoking pot. Right in the front door of the hotel for hours and nothing was done to stop it. Room was not clean. Housekeeping didn’t take trash out of the room. There was a take out box full of chicken bones we found in the room. We had enough before we even stayed a night. We told the desk clerk what the issues were and that we’re checking out and...
