"Just had a 4 night stay at this Drury Inn and was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and friendly & pleasant each time I spoke to someone. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were all very good, and the food hot & fresh. The room was also neat and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Overall an A+ experience "

"The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, so many options available. The parking garage made parking convenient and secure. The hotel is perfectly located, many restaurants to choose from and is in close proximity to NRG. Front desk staff were unfriendly and acted agitated and annoyed. With the exception of the front desk staff everything was wonderful. "

"On Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice.
