"PARKING WAS ATTROCIOUS!
THE OWNER WAS THERE A SPENT 5 DAYS HOGGING THE 1 OF 3 HANDICAPPED PARKING NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR! HE HAD NO HADDICAPPED TAGS OR WINDSHIELD HANG UP PLACKARD! I am handicapped! Had to walk over wet grass that was uneven in total darkness because their parking lot could NOT accommodate about 25 people. ThIs was for 4 nights the same. His staff said he feels entitled to park there, although he is NOT IN ANY HADDICAPPED!! I WILL NOT STAY THEIR AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE...

"The guy at the front desk was amazing. He hooked us up with the best pizza place around and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately at 3 AM I woke up to a room that was 78° and both my kids also woke up because they could not sleep. Being that I was in HVAC for 12 years I discovered the batteries in the thermostat were bad so I had to go downstairs to locate two AA batteries to replace the ones in the thermostat to get the AC to kick back on."

Wish the toilets had supplies like toothbrush/toothpaste or shower cap . Not available even on request. Breakfast was decent. "We have stayed here multiple times due to the proximity to downtown Franklin. It is a nice, new hotel which is very clean and quiet. We love the Tru brand for it's modern, well-thought-out rooms that have everything you need in a perfect layout. We especially love the lobby where there is plenty of space to work, socialize, or play games. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are always very helpful. "

"The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed
4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk.
