"The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the front desk told us they are all that way."

"Stay was good. A bit miffed about finding out a day before arrival that I had to pay a $20 a day fee to park in the their parking lot. Could understand if we had multiple cars, but we only had one. When I questioned as to why, was told everyone in St Augustine did it. I know that is not true."

"The staff goes out if their way to make sure you have everything you need for an exceptional stay. Rooms are extremely well maintained and breakfast is excellent. The location is in an ideal location close enough to walk to to all the shops and restaurants.We will be booking our winter stay there soon."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The location was very good handy to everything. They had a little bus that would take you into town and pick you up when you were done and it was only $5.00 per room. The breakfast wasn’t to bad."

"The room was very light and bright. So inviting and comfortable. Bed extremely comfortable! I love that each room is a ocean view. The breakfast was fantastic, so fresh and yummy it was a really nice bonus to have that provided. I also loved having access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. I will be back we had an amazing time and it's a great quiet location!"
