"The room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was absolutely delicious, very expensive though. I didn't get the room with a view of the falls, but it was ok because there was an excellent view of the falls from the window by the elevator on my floor. That was good enough for me."

"The room (Unit A) we occupied was spacious enough with a nice kitchen and overall, very clean. Appears to be recently renovated.
The bathroom was extremely small and not functional for a couple.....maybe ok for a single. Very small shower with a very slippery floor base.
The main living area and the bedroom were equipped with portable floor air conditioning units whose large air hoses were taped into the windows.....and were noisy while operating. Certainly not aesthetically pleasing. ...

"The room is large and in a great location for accessing the falls. The staff were all friendly. The free breakfast was nice, but I expected a little higher quality of food and it was extremely noisy in the morning when they started delivering. The bed was also really hard and uncomfortable with terrible pillows and scratchy sheets. My brothers room had a whirlpool tub, which broke on the first night. The steam shower was okay but nothing super special. Not a terrible experience but not great...
