"Every staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!"

"Nice modern hotel with really good staff. Management was very helpful. Mr. Saito had many good suggestions. The breakfast was a good call, lots of options. The hotel has its own bus that will take you anywhere around town and the resorts. Itโs walkable to stores and restaurants"

"The Chalet was informal and very welcoming. The staff is amazing and helped us every day with dinner reservations. The onsen on site was terrific, and the breakfast was delicious. We will return!"
