"We stayed 3 nights as we were in Ontario because of a funeral which was a very stressful and difficult time. The hotel sympathic staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable as much as possible during this difficult time. If felt like a soft place to fall when one is grieving for me and my family. So Thank you to all and definitely recommend this Hotel. "

"Clean room and fri"

"Breakfast was 7/10. Eggs and pancakes not great. Otherwise everything else related to the stay was exceptional. Room clean. Room temp was perfect. Check in and check out as easy."

"It was good value for the price"

"My 2 daughters and I stayed one night, it was the worst experience from the start. After waiting 40 min to check in, we were giving room 101. Immediately upon entering we were hit with a smell of B.O. Every surface in that room was dusty, there were dead flies on the window sill, the bathroom shower had mildew, the mini fridge was dirty, and to top it off there was a metal rod sticking out from under one of the beds that was covered by the bed skirt, which my youngest daughter did not see (no one could) and walked into, cutting her shin. I immediately complained and we were switched rooms and refunded the cost of our stay, which I will say was a nice surprise. The second room, although it was much cleaner was still not what I would consider “clean”. I disinfected everything I could and after wiping down the bathroom counter the disinfectant wipe was black! Unfortunately it gets worse. As my daughters and I were getting ready for bed, I’m undressing, one of my daughters is using the bathroom, a man walked into our room. The front desk had assigned him the same room we were in. This was extremely upsetting and very unsettling, my eldest daughter cried because she felt so scared and uncomfortable being there. The front desk did the bare minimum to handle that situation, to be honest I don’t know what I was expecting because we had already been refunded the stay but there were some HUGE safety concerns here. I did not feel safe. Do not stay here!"

"Pool area not clean"

"Room was very basic, pillows were lumpy. Door to the bathroom was broken. Motel is tired and needs some tlc definitely. Staff were great and you can walk to restaurants and all day breakfast."

"It was very disappointing that the pool was unable to use as that’s the reason why I stay in that hotel. We had to walk over with two kids The other thing was the double charged me for my hotel and gave me troubles with booking. Wasn’t impressed "
