Amazing Facility

The room I booked was super spacious with great atmosphere. I also enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet, and the location is great that there are two Family Mart stores that are so close in this area. I will definitely come back here; I tried a few other nearby hotels in the past, but rooms were not that spacious.

便利な所に立地しており、食事や買い物には申し分ない。フロントや駐車場のスタッフは非常に親切だった。建物は新しくはないが、きれいにメンテナンスされている。空調が全館一斉のため、部屋で個別に調整できない。10月中旬の宿泊だったが、冷房が効いていて、OFFにしても寒かった。夜、フロントで毛布を借りれば良かったと後悔している。朝食バイキングは品数豊富でたいへん満足した。

受付の方がとても丁寧、親切で駐車場の場所もわかりやすく、本当に気分良く滞在させていただけました！ 部屋からは宇都宮駅が一望でき、新幹線も見えて子ども達も大満足でした！ 隣の部屋の方がとても騒がしかったので、声がかなり響くのかな…と思いましたがホテルなので仕方ないし許容範囲内です。 が、明け方からずっと隣の部屋のノック音？みたいなのが続いててしっかり眠れなかったです。。。子ども達はぐっすりでした！ ホテルに対してはなんの不満もなく、本当に素敵なホテルでこんなにリーズナブルで受付の方の対応が素晴らしかったので、また利用したいと思います！ ありがとうございました。
