"The rooms were great, staff helping check in were great, but the pool side service?? Terrible. They already charge you 20% of whatever you’re buying so they aren’t really helpful. And the water of the pool was super dirty. Other than that I definitely recommend staying here, it’s close to a lot of things."

"The hot tub was out of service and roped off. The pool was freezing cold and not heated at all. I chose this property because of the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing. I get tired of this being the case at so many hotels. I paid more for this one to have the amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated their help with a few things. They get 5 stars all around."

"As of May 2026 the Clarendon hotel is NOT 420 friendly. We didn't see a way to get to the rooftop lounge at all. I don't think it exists anymore. I was unable to schedule any time in the spa so I can't speak to that at all. The rooms were clean and comfy. Coffee maker and mini fridge, but no microwave. The restaurant cafe was tasty. We didn't get a chance to visit the bar. The pool and hot tub are nice. Great ambience and convenient location for our needs."
