"Breakfast items were standard and adequate for this type of hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming, check in was a breeze. Overall the property is very new, looks freshly kept up, and common areas are clean and beautifully decorated. My issue was with the housekeeping staff and the schedule of only providing turnover service every other day. I wouldn’t have an issue with that if the service provided was a deep clean but it wasn’t. Our housekeeper would only leave fresh towels, empty they trash and make the bed. Our floors were never swept or mopped which was an issue since we were traveling with our six month old. The desks and drawers were also not wiped clean. The bathroom sink and counters were not wiped. We never came into the room to see it look organized and redone. It seemed that the cleaning was done transactionally without any intent to actually provide a clean and comfortable room. This was unfortunate since we were there for 5 days and wanted this to feel like a home away from home. I did provide this feedback to the staff upon check out and they did offer to comp with Marriott points but I am unlikely to stay here again just based on the lack of care to have clean rooms. We stayed in room 327 and my observations of the housekeeper assigned was her on her cell phone in the hallway each time she was out there for our room or others. Our stay was 3/26-3/31."
