"Excellent Hotel. Located close to many of the main sites in Madrid. Only negative was finding the parking garage. Drove past it initially when we arrived b/c it is not very well marked and traffic near and around the hotel is insanely congested. We were stuck in a turning lane, had to turn right and it took over an hour to work our way back to the parking garage."

"When selecting our room & it indicated city view i was under the impression we would be on a higher floor. When finding out we were going to be on the 1st floor. I was a little disappointed & when the receptionist realized & attempted to provide a different option. What was mentioned was 3rd floor smaller room, now why would I want to move to a higher floor but have a smaller room. I paid for the size room to accommodate me & my wife. Honestly would have preferred a better option regarding floor with same size room."

"Had an absolutely amazing stay here and couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. One of the highlights was going to our room to find a bottle of champagne and a selection of chocolates waiting for me as a birthday surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration feel even more special. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Madrid. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across from Zara and Mango and within easy walking distance of the Temple of Debod which was a highlight of the trip to watch the sunset. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the outstanding service to the excellent facilities. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you again!!!"
