"Pretty close to Metro and shopping mall (with a very nice supermarket). A short walking distance to shopping streets and attractions (Royal Palace). Love the decoration vibe of hotel interior design. Facilities are friendly to guests including cross training seasons, a big kitchen for self cooking plus a large area of dining. Love to see there are free laundry self-services. In room cleanliness was a big plus. "

"Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our room the first night where there was leak in the ceiling and they handled it very well by moving us to a new room the next night. They went out of their way. "

"Received an upgrade to a room one or two categories better, so was very happy with the suite I received. Generally, the hotel is great with a nice interior, especially in the lobby. The elevators are quite old and slow, I spent a long time waiting for them throughout my stay... Food at the restaurant was average and quite pricey for what you get. Gym had very limited options for training and sad that it closes at 9pm already. The roof bar would be interesting but was either closed or too...

The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. "Hostel Incrível a poucos metros da Gran Via e de estações de metrô. Cheguei por volta de 9h da manhã e fui super bem atendido. Como ainda era muito cedo, certamente eu não poderia usar o quarto pois ainda estava sendo limpo. Mas deixaram eu trocar de roupa para poder passear em Madrid e ficaram com minha mala. Ao retornar às 14h para o check-in, foi tudo muito tranquilo e minha mala já estava no quarto. A limpeza estava excelente, bem como o conforto do quarto. Havia ar condicionado, toalhas...
