"The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. "Cute property and great location. I was so surprised at how bad the staff is. I sprained my ankle and they didn’t want to give me ice for it, even when I offered to pay. Thankfully one of the breakfast employees was willing to do it. I needed help with my luggage and they refused to do that too. The doorman saw me really struggling with 2 suitcases and hobbling and avoided eye contact with me. I asked if he could bring up a food delivery to my room and he refused.
