The staff is super hospitable and are very willing to answer any questions and accomodate any requests that you have. The food is top notch and the grounds are very well kept. I would highly recommend Mariposa for a 10/10 experience."

"The hotel was pretty modern and new. The double suite was very large and beautiful. It was a pretty quiet, family business and the staff was so nice and accommodating. It felt like staying with family. The food was delicious as well. The area is pretty isolated, but a short cab ride can take you to town for groceries and restaurants. Super refreshing and pretty pool, and the beds were SO comfortable. "

"Very nice property with great staff. The amenities are a bit expensive and remember that many cabins do not have air conditioning. This can be uncomfortable during the hot months. "

"Great menu great location portable road to get there no shampoo in the cabin which would have been nice and way too dark when you arrive at night for the first time but overall a great experience especially if you want to do zip lines or some caving"

"I had a great time room was beautiful, plunge pool was mainly hot due to the sun felt like a hot tub which im not complaining about. The misuse was amazing I highly recommend getting a massage from her a great experience. Only thing I'd give 2 stars was the food it was alight, definitely could have been better. The staff was always there when I needed them very attentive to every need."

"The Kitchen staff is outstanding Oscar, Amy and Cindy are a skilled team serving exceptional food made from local sources George and the landscaping crew have created a lovely display of flowering plants. The care of the grounds is impressive. The room attendants provide extra touches and sparkling clean rooms Of course the whole operation runs flawlessly with Benoni in charge. He is a superb host "

"I loved this place and wished I could stay longer. My room had a tilapia roof and it felt like a cozy nest. Lots of hot water in the shower! Staff all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful. Tried restaurant twice. Food, service , ambience wonderful. Convenient walk to town and stores, bank, etc. Last but not least the resident cat Luna made me feel right at home."

Solar powered and sustainable, it’s clear that the management values the environment it is in. There’s nothing like listening to the sound of howler monkeys at night and the multitude of birds in the morning from a room that feels like a treehouse, but has all the amenities of a high-end resort."
