"I stay here once a month on work travels. This hotel has never let me down so far. I've been staying for for over a year now."

"The inn was very lovely with nice surroundings and clean rooms. It was bit odd to have a chair place adjacent to the gas fireplace but since it was so warm out the fireplace was not used. The bed was comfy, the ground pretty and the location very quiet."

Then i asked for an extra blanket, towel and pillow for a third person and had to get them myself. However, other staff seemed very nice and helpful. We switched rooms after the girst room smelt of pet urine."

I was the first one arrived at check-in and asked about the possibility of an upgrade. The staff told me there is a room on the top floor available for upgrade. Turned out it was a downgrade instead.
