We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design."

"The gym was too small. The men’s jacuzzi was not working all day. The unisex massage catered for women only as I requested a female masseur but they could not get one for me during my stay. So couldn’t get a massage for myself. We had to pay for the water to have a cup of coffee when I booked breakfast but my airport ride was 02:45 in morning so too early for breakfast but couldn’t even make a cup of coffee as I had to pay extra."
