"They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect."

"This was our second time staying at Tivoli. As always the front desk are great. We even were given a bottle of wine. The only complaint I have is that we were woken up early Wed morning to hotel cleaning staff arguing outside of our room. I had to open the door and peep my head out to get their attention. This was really annoying. Valet parking is $45 a night. It wasn't a big deal but I was unsure why after our concert at the amp I returned to find my car had been moved from the valet lot...
