"My room was clean but the hallway had roaches. My room was next to an outdoor door that was propped open so I saw bugs constantly right next to my room. I left my key in the room one time and went to the front desk. The woman helping didn’t ask for the name of the reservation or ask me to provide ID so… anyone could get a key to whatever room without any confirmation that they should get access to that room.. thankfully I was only here for one night.
