"Wonderful hotel and staff"

"We stayed last year as a half way stop between our holiday destination and Calais. We really enjoyed coming back for the 3rd time. It’s a lovely quiet location, the hotel reserve a parking space for us as we have the bikes on the roof, we always get a lovely family room. The food wasn’t so good this time, very bland (I had prawns, my husband the salmon ratatouille) the children’s meals are very plain but they eat them and it’s fine. The beds are comfortable and large. Only errors this time was that we requested the bed be made up as a twin and it wasn’t and we had no water when we arrived. "

"Super place to stop, we arrived later than expected and had planned to go for dinner in Amboise. However we ate in the hotel’s Italian restaurant, it was very well priced and lovely food, a bonus."
