"We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street. Walked back again, about 10 min walk. That worked out but after wasting over 1.5...

"Jolimont apartments were great. The views were amazing, location was nice because everything was walkable yet set away from all the crowds ( we could sleep with windows open and it was completely quiet), clean and comfortable. Pillows were thin but the host worked with us to add something with more support. Tv was very small, but we weren’t there to watch much of that. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Jolimont apartments and will return."

"We got the 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a Murphy bed in the living for our family of 5. Very spacious. They have the ski locker with heated rack for your ski boots which is super nice!!! Super close to the Matterhorn paradise gondola. Like 5 mins walk. Also free laundry which is a big plus. We love our stay and would 100% come back. Would recommend this to anyone! "
