"Love the hotel"

"If you want to use the pool don’t bother staying here during summer. It is TINY! Hotel is huge and the pool cannot cater to the amount of guests. We complained at reception and asked if we could use the adults only pool (equally as small) which is located on the “level” part of the hotel (adults only) . We were willing to pay but were told we could not do this, we had been turned away from the other pool because it was “at capacity” which was hardly surprising. I emailed back and forth with...

"Everything was so perfect from check-in till we checked out. A true oasis within the city of Elche. Staff can’t do enough for hotel guests. Can’t wait to be back and enjoy the wonderful breakfast under the palm trees and lazy afternoon by the fantastic pool again. Highly recommended!"

"A beautiful hotel. A little far from Town is all"

"Me encantó su ubicación a un lado de un centro comercial muy bueno. El desayuno muy bueno personal muy amable y la habitación limpia y amplia."

"The property itself is very central to a lot of amenities and points of interest. It really is a great location for sightseeing and good eats. The breakfast buffet was well worth the €15 and came with everything from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and sausage. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend."

"Wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations! Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel!"
