"when we arrived to the hotel they assigned us a room when we opened the door it wasn’t cleaned yet so they changed our room and it smelled horrible I asked a second time if they could change our room they said no. Really bad service there. My husband and I were disappointed. Never staying there again"

"We were very disappointed in the hotel. We were charged 4 star prices for a star 3 hotel. There was no blow dryer, no iron bathroom door was in bad shape. Breakfast and lunch was mediocre. However stall was wonderful,friendly,helpful and ready to help. We did not feel that we got our bang for our buck. Expedia should do their homework before charging these prices."

"La playa esta llena de piedras, es complicado meterse. Las habitaciones sucias ,con plaga de cucarachas, las paredes divisorias entre habitaciones parecen de papel se escucha absolutamente todoooo. Toallas de las albercas muy manchada (sucias) Personal poco amable. No recomiendo!!"

"We had a fantastic trip at this property. Josue made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. He even helped plan a birthday surprise for us! Unfortunately, there was construction right beside our rooms, on the family selection side, which we didn't know about and was loud. Also, some of the dinner meals (Bamboo restaurant and the Nest) were not good at all and could be improved."
