"The location is great… information regarding renovations in close proximity would have been nice to know. No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. "We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. "

"I’ve been to Paris a few times, but this time I wanted to try a more residential experience. This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. A metro stop providing easy access to the rest of the city is just half a block away. There are also two lovely parks nearby with benches for sitting within naturally...
