"This was the very best hotel staff service I’ve ever experienced. Every single worker was pleasant, happy to do their job and very courteous and couldn’t be helpful enough. They were wonderful and I will definitely go back and hopefully bring my entire family. I will also make recommendations to this hotel. 5-Star!!! Outstanding!!! Highly Recommended!!! "

"The apartment was divided into two spaces on separate floors. The 2nd floor space was a bedroom and bath, it was very moldy smelling with no windows. My daughter slept on the sofa in our space because it was so musty. There was a fan that just blew the musty air around. The apartment is in a great location."

"We enjoyed our stay at HPM. It is well located and has friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop breakfast outside was a fantastic way to start the day. The room had everything we needed to be comfortable. "

"Excellent location with clean rooms. It is a small facility which is very quiet and does not have 24 hours front desk with one day reception was closed. Air conditioning was not on and temperature was fixed at 26 degrees on checking in. But next day it was set to 23 degrees which made daytime heat manageable. "

"Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. "
