Never have I encountered such genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Makes all the difference. Shout out to Tobias who helped me when I was distraught about leaving a very precious address book in my hotel room. "The hotel is nice albeit a little bit dated. Staff are helpful, rooms were ok for what we needed. A small gripe would be not being able to get a drink after the breakfast room has closed until the bar opens at 12. We had to walk into town to get a coffee. Fortunately we didn’t mind the walk!"

"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised."
