We were on the third floor and there was a party being had in one of the hotel rooms a few doors over both Friday night and Saturday night which kept my kids up. "The staff is friendly but they don't clean rooms on stay overs, and you have to go to the desk if you want clean towels (bring them your dirty towels), toilet paper, new garbage bags (had to keep the full ones in my room), etc. I didn't see housekeeping until my checkout date. The rooms are clean but outdated. I would probably look elsewhere next time. The breakfast was pretty good."

They property was extremely dirty, the room stunk so bad, the sheet and comforter smelled like body odor, musty, mold, it was so bad I can’t describe the smell. When I asked for mew sheets they said there wasn’t staff on the property so they would see what they could do. I had only been there an hour because I arrived late and I asked for my money back at that point because the beds were covered in yellow stains there were spiders crawling everywhere,...

"We love this hotel and Irish pub which is why we stop every year on our way home from FL. It never disappoints us, wonderful room, great food and the staff are phenomenal. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to,anyone. It is also convenient to gas station, Panera and Dunkin. Within a mile to I 81."

"Good stay in a budget-friendly hotel. Room was clean, fridge was good size, staff was friendly and responsive. It was quiet, even over Friday and Saturday night, so I slept well. There was some foreign matter on the sink (it turned out to be paint spatter), and when I informed the front desk the attendant came with me immediately to clean it up. Cons: No protein options for breakfast, and the only microwave is one for common use in front hall. WiFi sometimes cut in and out. Also, no elevator...
