We arrived at 4:00 p.m., but my son was not able to check in until 6:00 p.m. When he finally checked in, they gave him a horrible room that was not the room we had pre-booked and paid for two months in advance. The hotel was completely unprepared. There were long lines at check-in, no rooms available, and only two employees working at the front desk. My kids had to come to my room and wait there, and they didn’t get into their room until around 7:00...

"Great place and convenient to stay. Breakfast was included. My mom really enjoyed it. Overall for the price and the property in season, it wasnt bad. I stayed there years and years ago and compared to then looks like they have maintained the rooms but maintenance can do a bit of a better job when working on them, work looks a bit rushed. Overall great place to stay."

"Avoid this property at all costs. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was poorly maintained and cleanliness was not a priority. The most alarming issue was safety. A rattlesnake was coiled on the deck directly outside our cabin door, forcing us to deal with it ourselves before we could safely enter the cabin. We also found black widow spiders around the cabin. Yes, these animals are native to California, but guests should never have to worry about venomous snakes and spiders...

"I knew this was going to be a bad hotel to stay at based on all the transient activity going on and around the property. The hotel staff were friendly but did not seem to be very competent doing their job. I waited for over 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to ask Housekeeping if my room was ready all the while she just stared blankly out the window. There was trash spread out the entire property, and the stairs looked like someone butchered an animal on them. There was drywall damage...

"The property was clean and well maintained and locatedin a safe area with close amenities. The roses and flowers on the property were absolutely stunning. They offer a simple yet good breakfast which is always a plus. Definitely worth the value. What really stood out was the staff. They were above and beyond helpful and friendly."

"It’s very clean… but some equipment is broken or run-down. They try to save on absolutely everything, so tiny soap bars, no shower gel etc. tv remote is handed out during check-in… overall not a bad place if you have to crash for the night, but certainly not a place to stay for vacation."
