"The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. The room I was initially given was dirty, the sheets and blankets were visibly stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, Sonia, the receptionist, was rude and dismissive when I explained that the bedding was dirty, stained, and smelled bad. She said the manager authorized moving me to another room, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The bed sheets were...
