"The floor had been mopped but had dirty streaks on the floor- we had to remop, the dish washer had dirty dishes and it stunk when we were ready to use it, so we washed by hand all week, the apartment was dusty, and the deck had cigarette butts all over it and was dirty. Staff was not prompt about bring us extra towels- they left 4 towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes for a week.
