The room is falling apart is not well maintained. There are holes in the floor and under the bathroom door. The shower head was too short for me to get under (I’m 5’7). There was hair in the shower. Spiderwebs in the bathroom. The duvet was dirty and had blood stains on it.

Outdated fixtures; shower curtains doesn't look clean, tiles and grout discolored, porcelain sink and acrylic bathtub had cracks, faucet runs strong but reduces to a stream in seconds, towels were more like rags - way past its prime and felt waxed, fridge wasn't cold, closet was awkwardly situated facing the bed, room curtains was not snug on the track & feels old and uncleaned, carpet feels sticky for some reason.... at least the bed looks clean and hopefully the linens were fresh. Can use a lot of improvement starting with newer towels & softer linens. Was probably once a nice little boutique hotel fallen to a lack of investment.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr unzufrieden. Das Personal wirkte nicht sehr bemüht, Informationen zur Umgebung und zur Anreise in die Stadt musste man sich selbst beantworten. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt, die Zimmer und die Flure sind mit altem Teppichboden ausgelegt. Das Badezimmer ist klein und man möchte sich auch nicht so genau umsehen, die Ecken waren nicht so gut geputzt. Über dies hätte man hinwegsehen können, wenn der Hotelbesitzer nicht seine Richtlinien geändert hätte und das inkludierte Frühstück gestrichen hätte. Damit verliert das Hotel den letzten Vorteil gegenüber den anderen Hotels, die vielleicht etwas teurer sind. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

They did not honor the advertised amenities that where listed at the time I booked the room. They did not honor the amenities listed in the card that they gave me at check in. Run down facilities, no window draperies, dangerous steps into the toilet/shower area

The staff was great and the hotel was clean. You said there would be a breakfast which I found a little disappointing, It was a sack breakfast, not what I was expecting.

The checkin staff were just fine. But the various dysfunctional, not-working, tech failure, or “breakfast policy change” issues were not only maddening but were not in any way fixed in any way satisfactorily. We were drawn to the property because of the expected serving of a hot breakfast included in our reservation. They switched, and sought to sell us the $16 per person breakfast. Otherwise we got a rather pathetic “continental breakfast”. Seeking some eating options while on property, we were directed to their vending machines that also didn’t work for the credit card (the staff waisted a half hour of my time before finally admiting they don’t have them connected to the internet. Sorry-we travel a lot, and the owner or upper management deserves to be called out on these matters in response to their apparent indifference.

My booking includes a complimentary hot breakfast. But my wife and I were not notified by this hotel of its cancellation effective1st May. I received 2 messages but with no mentioning of free hot breakfast. When we were at the reception desk, the receptionist didn’t mention at.We passed by the corridor seeing buffet breakfast starting 6:30. We got a card informing us so too. When we went back to the receptionist, he said it is cancelled. We paid at the receptionist beforehand& we also paid for one more day,.and we already got confirmation for one more successive day booking. Our reason for only 2 day booking in advance is due to Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport notifying us of a staff strike there apologizing for cancellation of the us of some facilities& allowing us to cancel the booking with no penalty. The sudden change free breakfast buffet& no mentioning by receptionist before we paid until we went to ask where to go for breakfast are both unacceptable. Furthermore, the same receptionist asked us to leave the hotel before 11 am &return earliest at 1:00pm for the second day. It was most funny as we paid both even though they are 2 contrasts but actually on successive days& we were right there for him ti identify & telling him the reason for adding 1 more day. The funny policy didn’t: make us angry but not the breakfast issue when he said he could give us a packet of cold food.

Poor front desk service. Waited for over 30 minutes to check in while they talked on the phone. Getting messages 2 days later saying.my credit card was declined but the payment has already been taken. Also, the free breakfast is terrible. Hair in the bathroom. Would not stay again.

Overall it was good! Did find some long blonde hair on the pillowcase and towels (I have brunette hair and boyfriend has short blonde hair). We removed that pillowcase and shared the towel that was clean. Overall okay.
